I ordered a CPAP machine and it stopped working two days later. I emailed the seller and he asked if I wanted a replacement and I agreed but that was the end of the communication. I never received a replacement or a reply to multiple emails.

I bought a machine from Boris months back. After checking the serial number/device code, found out it was the wrong product by mistake. He checked & didn’t have the correct product in stock. Fortunately he did help me out, and gave me a full refund/covered the shipping, and allowed me to return the item. I’m leaving a good review for the seller because of this.
