Purchased an oxygen concentrator Monday morning. Friday afternoon, still hasn't shipped. As end consumers, we buy this equipment as a life essential need. This isn't a hobby for us. All week long without shipping - that's running a medical supply business like it's a side hobby. This isn't acceptable business practice. Boris did respond quickly to emails, even the one on Wednesday, describing the actual need for this machine to be shipped out quickly. We're now having money tied up in this venture and gonna have to spend money to find another one in the region. Not a fun situation. Decent price point but don't buy here unless you're not in a hurry.

Hello, good afternoon. It's been more than a week since I bought an oxygen concentrator with you. So far I haven't received any response. I need a refund. I tried to contact you by phone call and no one answers. Please give me a refund. I need the money to buy the oxygen concentrator. oxygen concentrator to my son this is unacceptable no response received so far

The entire transaction went very smoothly. The device was packaged in the original packaging and looks brand new. I contacted Mr. McCubbin and he replied with an hour. I will do business with him again and recommend.
