Probo Medical has entered a strategic partnership with MedServ Marketplace Inc. to broaden access to diagnostic imaging equipment repair and field services through an on-demand, technology-driven platform.

The Tampa, Florida-based company will now offer its repair services for endoscopes, MR coils, and ultrasound probes via MedServ’s two-sided marketplace, which connects field service engineers and biomedical equipment technicians with healthcare providers, OEMs, and ISOs.

By integrating Probo’s services into MedServ’s platform, healthcare facilities will be able to more easily source repair and maintenance support, with options including flat-rate and contractual service programs.

Viraj Shah, founder and CEO of the Washington-based MedServ Marketplace, said Probo’s national presence enhances the platform’s ability to deliver reliable service. “Together, we’re solving a critical challenge in healthcare procurement by giving providers more control, more choice, and more confidence,” Shah said.

MedServ’s platform is designed to streamline the sourcing of maintenance and operational support, particularly in response to rising demand tied to aging equipment, shifting care models, and technician workforce shortages. The partnership adds another established supplier to the growing network of vendors accessible through MedServ.

Probo Medical provides sales, rental, repair, and installation services for a range of diagnostic imaging systems. MedServ Marketplace supports independent and institutional providers with on-demand technical services through its cloud-based platform.

No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed.
