Subtle Medical has entered a new partnership with Strategic Radiology that will make its SubtleELITE imaging software suite available to more than 2,000 radiologists across 43 independent practices nationwide.
The Menlo Park, California-based company says the agreement includes exclusive pricing for Strategic Radiology member practices.
The SubtleELITE suite is designed to enhance MR imaging quality and reduce scan times without requiring hardware upgrades or workflow changes. It includes three main software tools: SubtleHD for faster sequences, SubtleSYNTH for synthetic STIR image generation, and SubtleALIGN for automated image alignment.

SubtleSYNTH recently received 510(k) clearance from the FDA, enabling its broader deployment across clinical settings.
The tools are aimed at improving throughput on existing MR equipment, particularly for outpatient and private practice sites that may not have access to the latest scanner models. According to Subtle Medical, the software can help reduce patient scan times, improve image consistency, and streamline radiologist workflows.
“Strategic Radiology has built a powerful network of forward-thinking private radiology groups,” said Josh Gurewitz, chief commercial officer of Subtle Medical. “We’re excited to partner with them to bring our most advanced MR acceleration and enhancement tools directly to practices committed to innovation, quality, and patient care.”
Strategic Radiology, based in the United States, provides its member groups with shared services, group purchasing options, and proprietary platforms, including SR Health and SR Teleradiology. The organization is entirely member-owned and debt-free.
Subtle Medical’s AI-powered imaging software is already in use in imaging centers and hospitals globally. The company says its technologies support operational efficiency, improve scanner sustainability, and aim to enhance diagnostic confidence across a wide range of clinical environments.
