El Segundo, CA (December 18, 2019) – Radiology Partners (RP), the largest radiology practice in the U.S., today announced a new practice partnership with Nashville-based, Advanced Diagnostic Imaging (ADI). With this addition, RP now operates with over 1,500 radiologists across 24 states.
As a premier provider of radiology services to Middle Tennessee, ADI provides imaging services to Ascension, one of the leading non-profit, faith-based healthcare organizations in the nation. ADI has grown beyond the confines of Tennessee and is now comprised of 84 full-time radiologists, representing one of the largest practices in the United States. ADI has a substantial presence in Tennessee, Wisconsin, Florida, Virginia and South Carolina.

Through Premier Radiology, Advanced Diagnostic Imaging also owns and operates 31 outpatient imaging centers across Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina and Wisconsin, a number of which are in joint venture (JV) partnerships with Ascension. RP and Premier Radiology will manage the JV partnerships and hold a minority ownership interest alongside the ADI physicians and Ascension.
