Excellent cosmetic and power tested condition however it will not give readings and it will not calibrate. Being sold for parts and/or repair. The internal battery fully charged with the included power adapter. Device powers on and responds to buttons being pressed. The numbers on the display are clear. The tips appear to be new. The case is nice. There are no manuals or disks included. No clue what is wrong with it.
