The Pfeiffer Balzers TPH-240 turbo molecular high vacuum pumps have a pumping speed of 240 liters per second (l/s). The inlet is a LF 100 with a ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange. The Pfeiffer Balzers TPH 240 turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications.
