When plugged in and tested with our shop thermometer this food warmer quickly reached the highest set temp of 159F (see pics). Solid steel construction with a single solid moisture control door that is opened with a foot pedal and has a hasp lock. Has 2 racks inside that hold 9 pans that are 18" w x 25" d x 2 1/2" tall. Single adjustable temperature dial from 1 - 10 (10 = 160 F). There in an exterior outlet to plug in an additional accessory warmer. Freestanding, but mounted on (4) 5" all swivel wheels that have 2 front brakes to move easily. Ready to use as soon as you receive it! Guaranteed not to be DOA.

Condition & Testing

This Metro Electric Food Warming Cabinet is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Does show minor signs of previous everyday use on the sides of the cabinet but no damage at all. When plugged in and tested with an internal thermometer, we could easily reach the set temperature of159F when set on high (see pics). The heat & moisture control on the front door is working properly and the seal is good. The door has a foot latch to open and a single hasp latch lock. The red light for power and the yellow light for temperature are working. The stainless steel racks forholding pans are good. Has side plug ins for additional warming units. All wheels move easily for transport and the brakes are good. Ready to use as soon as you receive it! Guaranteed not to be DOA.
