Sold as a pair, these lightly used, Canadian made (by Medi-Mat) 72" x 14" pads will fit on most hospital beds and gurneys. The cover is high quality nylon which can be separated from the 1" foam cushioning (via zipper) for cleaning. The top of the pad lips over the rail. There are four quick couple buckles which hold each cushion in place and can be adjusted to fit different sizes of rails and mattresses.
