This is aBaylis PMG-115-TD Pain Management RF Generator System & Baylis MultiRF X4 PMX-BAY-MRF Multi-Radiofrequency Module. It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Powers on, passes self check at startup and reads "Ready" on the display when the module is plugged in. I am easily able to navigate the onscreen menus and make setting adjustments. The tamper tag on the bottom is intact indicating the case has not been opened. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
Comes withe Baylis RF Generator console, Baylis Multi-Radiofrequency Module (PMX-BAY-MRF) and Power cord. There are no electrodes included but these are the main two components for this system.Has both Stimulation and Lesion Modes and suitable for multiple procedures (see manufacturer's description below)
This is a great deal here, the Multi-Radiofrequency Module (PMX-BAY-MRF) is worth about half my asking price.The Multi-Radiofrequency Module connects up to four pain management probes at one time, for greater efficiencey in performing multiple levels. Can Reduce procedure time to improve OR utilization.

No other testing has been done but I believe it is ready to use and I guarantee it will not be DOA.
