Eric ordered a unit from Cervius Medical and chose to buy the unit through Escrow services and everything was in place by the 25th of November 2019. Unit was crated and Eric just had to pick up the unit and then the payment would have been released through Escrow 10 days after receival. Now more than two months later and many bad attempts to get things on track again in various departments etc. and nothing has happened. After all this trouble I ask Eric to either find a solution with me or get a bad recommendation on DOTmed. Erics response is to tell me that he now refuse to pay for the laser because I am not waiting patiently listening to all his bad excuses for more than two months time. If Eric had good intentions he would tell that he had to postpone or cancel the deal not just letting it out in the sand with different excuses. Eric and Sentient is a highly untrustworthy person and company to deal with!
Eric Graham responded: Sentient Lasers was a customer interested in purchasing a laser from Mr. Kongsted/Cervius Medical. All purchase agreements are subject to management approval in Sentient Lasers' sole discretion. Based on the condition of the laser and the location of the laser management was not quick to purchase this. Once Mr. Kongsted used DOTmed as a means of threats to get what he wanted, to push us to buy something we were not comfortable with, we decided it was best not to buy a laser from someone to avoid any future problems. We stay committed to all of our customers and are proud to be a five star rated DOTmed 100 company.

Eric Graham at Sentient Lasers has been remarkably helpful with the analysis and maintenance of our Diode Laser hand piece. His timely communication and the company's patience with us during this process has been greatly appreciated.
