Standard warranty terms?:Palmetto, Florida. We are next to Port Manatee and are able to provide you with the best shipping and logistical services possible. We are stocking Ultrasound and Surgical C-Arm systems and selling new CR, DR, PACS, and Dicom Gateways from several different manufacturers. We are presently building our experienced parts inventory to include Philips and GE Cathlabs, Philips and OEC C-Arms, ATL Ultrasound, and General Electric CT Scanners. Our parts offerings carry a 60 day warranty and the glassware warranty is on a sale specific basis. Our customer service hotline is answered by a bi-lingual staff. The NXC team has over 30 years of imaging service, sales, and parts experience. (1) All NXC parts are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All NXC parts are shipped FOB origin (Palmetto, FL) and will be shipped to the specified location as stated by the buyer’s purchase order at the buyer’s expense.
Standard return policy?:(2) Any part that fails during the specified warranty period may be returned within 10 days from the date of the reported problem for evaluation. NXC reserves the right to replace any defective part with a replacement of the same part. If no such replacement is available, NXC will issue credit to the buyer for the amount of the purchase price of the part. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (1) All returns require a proper return authorization number that will be issued by an NXC representative. Please call 941.870.3069 to obtain an RA number if your part does not have one. Any returned part must be packaged in the same or comparable packaging as when it was shipped. Failure to do so may result in loss of credit or additional charges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for credit consideration.
Standard acceptance policy?:(2) Unopened parts may be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase with proper authorization. There will be a restock fee of 25% for unopened part returns. (3) Opened parts may be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase with proper authorization. There will be a restock fee of 50% for opened part returns. (4) DOA claims must be returned for processing within 10 days from the date of purchase in order to be considered for replacement or return credit. After 10 days, the part will in question will revert to the opened parts policy under line item 3 of the RETURNS section above.
