Standard return policy?:30 days Warranty with full replacement with identical part or full refund. 7 Days for DOA returns, otherwise invoice charge is due in full and returns will not be honored. 20% Restocking fee on any returned non-DOA items. All returns must be within 30 days.
Standard acceptance policy?:DOA items must be returned within 7 days with notification and RMA issued. All Core or Exchange items must be received within 14 business days, or customer agrees to pay full quoted price.
