Company Statement: Our parts are system integrated and tested prior to being certified as good replacement parts. We believe that system integration over a predetermined time period is the most effective way to avoid costly DOA deliveries and intermittent problems.
Standard warranty terms?:All of our parts carry a minimum 30 day full replacement warranty and some are certified for a full year as defect free. Not only that, we verify correct parts ordering and integration by providing on site phone support during the repair process. 30 full replacement warranty and some parts are certified for a full year as defect free
Standard return policy?:Parts are typically not exchanced as we test all parts to make sure that they are in working order before they are shipped.
