EverX Pty Ltd. buys and sells used medical equipment from hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and other medical facilities all over the world. The company is especially active in Australia, New Zealand and Japan where it sources its equipment. Machines that do not meet with the stringent testing done by EverX are used for spare parts and help to service and refurbish other units that are in stock or in operations located in other parts of the world.

Gupta founded EverX in 2000. He has worked in the medical equipment industry for over 18 years. Gupta's managing director, Ravinder Bindra, has 20 years of combined extensive experience in servicing CT / MRI and nuclear medical equipment with Siemens, Philips, Picker, and Hitachi. Sudhir Mishra is Director of EverX's Japanese operations based in Tokyo. The company also has an office in Sydney and representatives in Delhi, Mumbai; Pakistan, Kenya, and they are looking at expanding into the U.S. market.

EverX has extensive resources to support worldwide, logistics, shipping and installation procedures for second-hand medical equipment. According to Gupta, "With the prices of new medical equipment out of bounds for most of the third world countries, it is to the customer's advantage to purchase our quality pre-owned or refurbished equipment that will provide premium patient care without any compromise."

Equipment offered includes CT scanners / MRI scanners, Ultrasounds, colour Doppler, mammography, Gamma/PET scanners, mobile C-Arms and more.
