Imaging software vendor Digisonics Inc. said Thursday it hired two new regional sales managers, Mark Hogendobler and Tony Fossible.

Hogendobler, based in Seattle, will oversee Northwest accounts, while Fossile, in Philadelphia, will manage those on the East Coast, the Houston-based company said.

Hogendobler, a Princeton University grad who studied molecular biology, previously worked at Merge Healthcare, McKesson Corp, Amicas, Lumedx and cMore Medical Solutions, Digisonics said.

Fossile, a biomedical engineer by training, spent the last 15 years in the cardiovascular imaging market, most recently with McKesson and Agfa. At Agfa, he was sales lead with L-3 Communications for the company's first Heartlab Echo PACS. He also helped develop GE Healthcare's first GEMnet archive solution, Digisonics said. In the early 1990s, he was involved in a robotic X-ray system startup.
