John Nosenzo to become
head of Zone Customer Relations
Siemens Healthcare tapped former Quest Diagnostics VP and 20-year industry veteran John Nosenzo to fill a new position that oversees the national sales team and all customer relations, Siemens announced Wednesday.

Now the vice president of Zone Customer Relations, Nosenzo will manage the national accounts team and all zone general managers. In this newly created job, he will report directly to Randy Hill, acting CEO of Siemens Healthcare's U.S. division, based in Malvern, Pa.

"We are privileged to welcome John into the organization to help further our longstanding focus on customer excellence," Hill said in a statement. "His wealth of experience is the perfect fit to ensure that our customers remain our No. 1 priority and have access to the latest medical innovations that we can offer."

Nosenzo has more than two decades of health care sales experience, according to Siemens. Previously, he held an executive position in marketing and sales to U.S. doctors at Quest Diagnostics, a $7.5 billion company. And no stranger to Siemens, Nosenzo once led the sales and service team at the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics division after it was acquired from Bayer Healthcare in 2007. This business saw sustained growth at twice the market rate for five consecutive years, Siemens said.
