Contact me if you need more than 1 and we can make a deal. You will need the single patient use (SPU) circuit (PC10005N/PC10050N) which is available online through Hill Rom's website. The SPU circuit gives you 4 delivery options: In-line ventilation, Mouthpiece, Face mask, ans Tracheostomy. It has a simple connect and go design, Quickly swithces between therapy cycles, and is easy to adjust flow, pressure and percussive rates.

The MetaNeb® System
Three Therapies in One
The MetaNeb System is indicated for the mobilization of secretions, lung expansion therapy, the treatment and prevention of pulmonary atelectasis, and has the ability to provide supplemental oxygen when used with compressed oxygen.
The MetaTherapy Treatment maximizes efficiency for patients and clinicians by combining lung expansion, secretion clearance and aerosol delivery into a single integrated therapy by the MetaNeb System.
The MetaNeb® System provides a protocol for therapy that will enhance secretion removal, and prevent or resolve patchy atelectasis.
Description
The MetaNeb® System is a therapeutic device that uses a systematic approach to enhance normal mucus clearance and resolve or prevent patchy atelectasis. The system has three modes:
• Aerosol—for the delivery of aerosol only. In this mode CHFO and CPEP are not available.
• CHFO (Continuous High Frequency Oscillation)—a pneumatic form of chest physiotherapy that delivers medicated aerosol while oscillating the airways with continuous pulses of positive pressure.
• CPEP (Continuous Positive Expiratory Pressure)—provides medicated aerosol combined with continuous positive pressure to assist in holding open and expanding the airways.
The MetaNeb® System provides a platform from which both CHFO and CPEP can be administered contiguously. This composite therapy is referred to as "MetaTherapy® Treatment".
CONDITION ​​This system is in good cosmetic and excellent tested working condition with normal signs of wear from previous use. Minor superficial scratches to the exterior and some peeling plastic coating on the face but nothing significant. All buttons and knobs adjust and function as designed. I used an SPU sytem to test these units with an air compressor set to 50 psi as the manual stated. I followed the instructions in the manual and felt the the nebulizer mouth piece blowing gently. It appears to be correctly functioning as designed. The Console holder is easy to loosen and tighten and has a bit of resistance when trying to put up or down. I believe that is how it is supposed to be. The console holder has to be fully extended to take the console off, as the pole obstructs the sliding clamp. It does, however, slide on and off with ease. The rolling/ locking casters are smooth and easy to maneuver. Photocopy of the MetaNeb System manual. Overall, a real sweet unit!​
