This surgical table positioning attachment does not have markings so I cannot be sure who made it. Very sturdy and high quality and I guarantee they will not be DOA!

It Looks to be very versatile postitioning attachment and comes with an upholstered pad. The mounting bar is verticle and the pad can be rotated, swiveled, tilted and locked in many positions.I have posted many pictures showing their capabilities. Contact me if you need more.
