Condition & Testing

Excellent cosmetic and power tested condition with minimal sign of previous use and no visible damage. Powers on, lights up and responds to controls. I installed 4 new 9V batteries. I can easily adjust the Pulse duration and rate but no other testing has been done. The display and indicator lights are working properly. All knobs and buttons are present and seem to work good. All 4 feet are intact and the handle is secure.
