It is a complete in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I guarantee it will not be DOA. This has the best of everything and there isn't a thing wrong with it. It is complete with the Luxtec DLX NTSC Video Camera & Processor, Ultralite Pro variable spot headlight, Integra MLX 300W Xenon light source, bifurcated fiber optic cable, connecting cables, padded hard case and Integra rolling stand. This system is ready to use as soon as you receive it but it does not include a monitor or video recording device. You will likely want to get a nice flat panel display and recording device. The display/stand in the pictures is not included.The camera mounts to the headlight and captures exactly what the surgeon visualizes. The camera is really high resolution. It attaches above the light head where the joystick would normally be. The camera wire is paired with the fiberoptic cable and plugs into the small DLX processor. The image can be viewed onto a monitor or a digital recording device can be added for archive and sharing. The processor output can be BNC or Y/C cables and this system includes both Y/C & BNC video cables. The headlight, camera, DLX processor and cables store inside the original hinged hard case. The image on the monitor is crisp and clear with vibrant colors. The adjustable headband can be adjusted for any size head. The light head tilts, raises, lowers and has a variable spot adjustment. The blue Ultralite Pro headset is ergonomic and most desirable model made. Has the extended linkage between the headband and light head to allow the use of surgical loupes. The MLX light source has an intensity adjustments, standby and LCD display to show brightness, lamp age and software version 2.0.2. Uses one xenon lamp which is 15% brighter than other models. The turret has cable ports for Olympus, Storz, ACMI and Wolf cables. The console only has 2161 hours and the 1000 hour lamp only has 381 hours according to the meter. The stand has hooks for the headset/cords and breaks down into 3 parts for compact shipping and storage. The stand has 3 hanger hooks for the cords and headlight to hang. The stand is original to the light source and the mounting plate is a quick release design with the original bracket for the DLX processor. The entire system can be removed from the stand to become a countertop system. The headlight and light source can be used without the camera system being used.

Condition & Testing

Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. This system is ready to use but you will need to acquire your own monitor because my testmonitor/stand in the pictures is not included. The camera and DLX processor work great with a clear and crisp image. (see pic) The fiberoptic cable has no visible broken fibers. The MLX light source is working great with only 381 hours on the 1000 hour lamp according to the lamp age meter. Actual lamp life is unknown and unwarranted. The light source cooling fan is working as well as the intensity adjustment. The Ultralite Pro headlight is perfect with the headband adjustment and variable spot features working properly. The stand is original to this system and both the MLX light source and DLX processor attach properly with the quick disconnects.
