(1) 26-350-01 drill guide handle
(1) 26-370-17 screwdriver
(1) 26-350-11 drill handle
(1) 26-370-09 drill bit with depth gauge
(1) 26-370-03 drill guide handle

(2) each 10mm through 30mm Herbert bone screws for a total of (42) screws. Screws are in increments of 1mm - 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, etc.
