• Pipetting range: 25 nL - 1.2 uL
• SBS plate format: 48, 96, 384 well plates, dependent on pipette pitch
• Dead volume: < 0.3 uL
• Throughput: 2 minutes for standard 96-well plate, 5 minutes for 96-well LCP plate

The TTP SPT Labtech Mosquito LCP Liquid Handler passed the following testing:
• We powered it on.
• We established communication with software.
• We verified the plate deck range of movement.
• We calibrated the pipetting head.
• We tested aspiration and dispensing functions.
• We checked the tip change functionality.

There appears to be some issue with an LCP module. During testing, The LCP module was bypassed for a video to demonstrate the functionality of the rest of the unit. If the LCP module reconnected back, it causes the instrument to stop communicating with the software/initialize. We are not sure what the remedy may be here. As it is now, the LCP module must either be bypassed or removed, or some other correction of the instrument is required. Please plan that it will need to be serviced by the manufacturer to restore this function.
