Washer is shown configured with the Biotek/Agilent LHC 2.0 application that allows for easier instrument and stacker configuration.
Please note computer with LHC 2.0 is not included. You will need to purchase your own license directly from Agilent for around $2,200.00

LHC application is not required to operate both stacker and instrument.
Full method configuration can be done from the touch menu on the 405TS.(This is how majority of users use it).
