Huntleigh Dopplex Ability Automatic ABI System
The Huntleigh Dopplex Ability Automatic ABI System is a vascular Doppler system that calculates Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) measurements easily and accurately in 3 minutes without the need to rest the patient.
Results are automatically calculated, classified and displayed with pulse volume waveforms on the LCD panel. The test results can be printed via the integral printer.
Huntleigh's patented two-chamber cuffs use duo sense pneumatic technology to measure systolic pressures and are based on volume plethysmography, not oscillometric techniques. One chamber is used to occlude the vessel, while the second distal chamber is used to sense the returning signals allowing four limbs to be measured simultaneously.
