Philips Medical FR2+ AED M3860A for defibrillation. This device was tested with the M3725A test load, the built-in self-test, and by turning it on with pads connected. We cannot test it further with the pads by sending a shock as we do not have the expertise or means of conducting that, though we have reason to believe that the device is operational based on the way the device responded to the tests. This device has conducted 3 shocks since manufactured. This device has minor cosmetic wear and only includes what is shown in the photos.
