We have two of 2013 monitors available at the time of listing. Each comes with a 2013 docking station and aftermarket switching power supply with hospital grade cord which can be plugged into any standard North American power outlet. Both are warranted to be functional when plugged in. No sensors or other accessories are available from Raynor Shine Enterprises. The monitors have clear and responsive displays and there are no cracks or significant scratches on the surface of the display, monitor housing or docking stations. These appear to have been retired from service due to upgrade rather than over use or damage.
The Capsule Neuron is a bedside device that enables the automatic collection of vital signs data. It features local data storage, and connects to the hospital network through a wired Ethernet or a standard b/g/n wireless network, thereby eliminating additional network ports at the bedside. It is the core hardware component of Capsules DataCaptor Connectivity Suite.

7 Day Return Policy. Customer must pay the return shipping costs when returning a product. If you find the item is not as described in the ad it may be returned for a purchase price refund. Generally, all of our items have an inspection warranty which kicks in upon delivery for a period of 7 to 14 days.
