I purchased a Hydrafacial MD Elite from her. Shipped via DHL. I had to do all the assembly including installing the hard drive but she sent instructions. She also sells some of the tips but all of the solutions. She does not sell any boosters at all so you have to get those third party or allow Syndeo to "certify" the machine for an exorbitant fee. The machine does come with a serial number, but I have not decided to have Syndeo "certify" the machine at present.
