I'm very disappointed at Pramor Medical. This is the first and last deal we will do with this company. He sold me a damage unit, NOT working, it does not even turn on. The unit before he send it, was already out of service . We requested the service manual trying to get a partial solution but He never reply to any of my messages or phone calls. I do NOT recommend this supplier because never answer me and didn't resolve my problem when I paid in full at the moment of my purchase.
