WARRANTY: We included a 6-month warranty customer support and non-transferable, parts and labor, Used items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. The term of warranty on new or refurbished items is as noted on the invoice, starting from the date of the original invoice. The warranty sticker must be in place and not tampered with. The warranty covers parts and labor to correct malfunctions during normal use. Warranty does not cover the following: * Tampering or alteration of equipment * Abuse or neglect * Misuse or mishandling * Damaged equipment * Use of equipment for which it was not intended * Equipment that has not been properly maintained * Physical wear and tear * User error * Batteries, light bulbs, and cables * Warranty is VOID if warranty sticker has been tampered with or missing If the item is deemed not to be under warranty, we will notify the customer of repair charges. The customer must approve repair charges before any non-warranty repair can be performed. The customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges for sending warranty items back to us. These charges may be reimbursed after the item is evaluated, at our discretion. In the international warranty or more than 2000 miles away, the equipment will be repaired remotely, in case a technician is needed, a local technician will be sent to your designated area instead of an office.
The purchaser agrees that the seller ATLAS O.E, LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment. The purchaser, by bidding on this equipment, indicates their acknowledgment of, and agreement to the terms of this disclaimer.
Return Policy:
All products except "consumables eg lamps, batteries, everything for parts or repair items", unless otherwise noted, have a 14-day Dead on Arrival warranty.
If your item is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement within 14 days of the product shipping date.
Our warranty does not include missing accessories not declared in our ad or in the photo, etc.
To return an item, contact us and request the return of the order.
All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging, in resalable condition, and include manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping the product back to us.
