This device is in really nice cosmetic and tested working condition with normal signs of wear from previous use. Powers on and immediately gives an audible and visual alarm to indicate system is not ready. Without proper equipment no other testing can be done. Arm opens and locks properly. Rubber feet are present of good repair. All ports are clear and unobstructed.
