This US made used arm and clip mount mounting plate is in good condition with signs of use such as minor scratching. The arm is at right angles to what it is mounted to and includes a dial adjuster to move the mounting plate through a 30 degree tilting range. It is meant to be wall or cart mounted on GCX Standard channel which allows it to be height adjusted. We have pieces of new GCX 19 inch Standard channel available for an additional $25 (including shipping) if bought with this item.
