This KARL STORZ 094103 Fiberoptic Headlight & 094124 Rechargeable Battery Box is in good working condition. This unit powers on properly. All connection points are clean and in good condition. The light adjusts properly. The battery seems strong and holds a charge, but we can not guarantee the life of the battery. The Karl Storz 094129 battery charger is not included but is available online at several sites. The cosmetic condition is good with the exception of some scuff marks and discoloration (see photos). This system comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
