This 33 channel electrode box or "jackbox" was made for the Stellate Medical Corp (Montreal, Canada) by NATUS Medical in Europe. Stellate was purchased by another company and all of their presence on the web was subsequently taken down. It has a NATUS P/N or 210106A and a Stellate P/N of AMP-DEV-W044S-AASM, however these numbers do not bring any specs up on the web

Both of the units in stock appear undamaged. They have not been tested due to lack of facilities. They are warrantied to work based on the facility they came out of. The buyer has seven days to have their purchase tested after delivery to determine its condition.
American buyers will pay NO ADDED TAXES or duties or fees on delivery. What is paid on purchase is all that will be paid.
Canadian buyers will be charged 5% tax (GST). No provincial taxes will be added to the price on check-out or delivery. Canadian buyers should write in advance of purchase if an invoice in CAD $ is preferred.
