Nitronox is a proven treatment for safely and effectively managing patient pain and anxiety. The Nitronox system delivers a fixed 50% N2O and 50% O2 directly to patients on an as needed basis – providing control and a distraction to the patient through self-administration. The Nitronox scavenger system is designed for the removal of patient exhaled O2 / N2O gas mixtures generated from the Nitronox Inhalation Analgesia System. The exhaled gases are routed through the device to a remotely located central vacuum system.

The Nitronox scavenger and central vacuum systems provide dilution and disposal of mixed waste gases and must be installed with the system. The scavenger system consists of components necessary to transfer patient exhaled gas mixtures to the source of vacuum at the wall. Some of these components may be available separately in our store, however they were not mated to the device on sale here at any time. The buyer should consult with a knowledgeable third party to confirm what components are required for savaging waste gases from the Nitronox system.

This device will require biomedical inspection and certification before use in the USA, Canada and other jurisdictions. It may require consumable components like seals and gaskets. These are not warranted in our inspection warranty. What is covered is the physical condition of major components and the basic functioning of valves and gas lines within the Nitronox module pictured in our ad..
