I have 3 identical systems available with sequential serial numbers (see last two pics). Obviously purchased and never used. I believe they are fairly complete but take a good look at the pics.

Syntec VitMan portable Vitrectomy Systems in cases with console, footswitch, ultrasound handpiece, manuals and a bunch of disposables. I did plug them in to make sure they powered up and they did without error. There is a digital display, aspiration controls, vitrector control and light source.

Manufacturer's Description from Manual

The Syntec is full featured vitrectomy system that can optionally support anterior ophthalmic surgical procedures.

The Syntec Vitman provides a highly responsive aspiration system with up to a full 500mmHg vacuum.

The built in light source provides full light output to each of three optical fibers. True white light dimming is provided by a shutter mechanism located within the optical lens arrangement.

The system supports the air exchange function and provides high vitrectomy cut rates of up to 2000 cuts per minute. The Vitrectors available from Syntec have a guaranteed cut rate performance, as detailed in Accessories Description for Vitrectomy Cutter page 85.

The system has a built in floppy disk drive to record key parameters that provide the surgeon with an electronic record to supplement other documentation devices. The disk drive also provides a mechanism for system software upgrades, surgeon specific initialization, and diagnostics.

Ultrasound lens fragmentation is an optional accessory.

Condition & Testing

I believe these systems were purchased and never used. None of the parts have any sign of wear and the handpieces are still in the manuacturers bubblewrap. I did plug them in and power them on and each of them powered on and responded to controls without error. The internal aspiration pumps are working and the light sources are working. I don't have a clue on the availability of disposables for this system but everything here looks pretty standard.
