If the INFINITI system has AQUALASE enabled, chances are it has not seen service in awhile. Ask the broker to turn on the system and select ALCON SETTINGS as the doctor and then press the handpiece type in the upper center of the screen. If Aqualase shows up, then it has been awhile since the system has been service. You will need to have a service rep go into the software set up and disable the AQUALASE feature. You will need to replace the CPU 3 volt battery and the 12 Volt back up battery. Also, the solenoid spacers will need to be replaced so that the system will not go into ERROR mode
