The USG-400 powers on and functions properly, The ESG-400 powers on; however, has error 172 meaning internal hardware problem. For this reason the unit is being sold for parts as is. There is some discoloration on the screen cover; however, this does not affect the screens function. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
