Euroklav 23 VS+ is an automatic class S autoclave,
Pre-vacuum and fractional vacuum produced by a vacuum pump,
In S-class autoclaves the sterilisation process is preceded by a deep pre-vacuum to effectively remove air. Steam penetration in such conditions is very precise and ensures high sterilization effectiveness. The use of vacuum in the final phase of the process ensures perfect drying of the sterilised load in a very short time,
The operation of these autoclaves is characterised by the creation of a deep initial and final vacuum and is divided into the following phases:
First phase: deep pre-vacuum,
Second phase: gravitational sterilisation cycle,
Third phase: thermal drying under vacuum,
Fourth phase: aeration of the chamber by bacteriological filters at the end of the process,
