This low air loss mattress pump has some wear and tear but it works as good. I do not have the mattress ,ButIf your looking for a replacement pump and dont want to spend a lot of money then this is the deal for you.I will guarantee this pump will not be DOA.

Comes with the Gaymar pump, hose connector with CPR deflator cap and power cord. There is a firmness button on the front from 18 to 30. The metal bedrail hanger hooks are adjustable for most any bed and has a plastic over lay on the hooks to protect the frame of bed.

SPRPlus III System
This manual describes the operation of the SPRPlus III System as an aid in pressure ulcer prevention and treatment. The SPRPlus III System is a pressure redistribution support system intended to assist in reducing the potential for development of pressure ulcers on at-risk patients or to assist in the treatment of existing pressure ulcers. The SPRPlus III System consists of an electromechanical inflation pump control unit (CL360) connected to an overlay (CL212/CL272) through a hose assembly permanently connected to the inflation pump. See figures 1 and 2. The overlay consists of a vinyl cushion with holes in the top surface to provide air loss. The overlay also provides continuous pressure redistribution to the patient below the tissue interface pressure experienced on a standard hospital mattress. Air is vented through micro-vents in the top surface of the overlay to provide low air loss.

CONDITION This low air loss mattress pump has some wear and tear but it works as good. This machine will turn on and I can change the firmness on machine. The hose and power cord are pliable and has no kniks. The CPR deflator cap is in good shape. I do not have the mattress.
