Gerber Coburn Visionix ALB 4000 Computerized Lens Blocker, analyzerverifier marker. Automates blocking using Wavefront Powermap Technology and Image Recognition. Powers on and passes all self checks at startup. I was able to successfully run diagnostics with all cameras,motors, lamps and sensors testing good. Easily able to navigate onscreen menus using the touch screen. I cannot find a thing wrong with this unit and I believe it works fine. It is a stand alone device or can be hooked up to a host computer. While I am able to boot up and run diagnostics youwill need to acquire login credentials or a work around to actually operate this machine. I do not have the username or password.
Specifics
This lens blocker is in excellent condition with little to no sign of previous use. It powers on and the internal software boots up without error. I am easily able to navigate the on screen menus using the touchscreen. All mechanical functions seem to be working as expected with the lens holder drawer automatically coming in/out and the chuck automatically raising and lowering. I was able to enter the maintenance tab and run diagnostics on both cameras,motors, lamps and sensors,and recieved "passed' results. A couple times when booting up I got the message the glass was dirty and suggested I run the Clean Wizard or replace the glass. I did not need a password to boot up the system, navigate and run diagnostics but it did ask forlogin credentials for calibrating and operating the system. I do not have thelogin nameor passwords and you will have to find a work around before you canuse the machine. I am assuming there is administrative username/password but I don't have it. Normally most companies will provide this information if you call them. Leaving that up to the next owner. I believe this system is well worth the effort to get up and running.
