Condition & Testing

This device is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Shows somesigns of previous use. I inspected this system very closely and everyrthing is here and working properly except for the L/R marker. All straps, small parts and adjustments are working exactly as designed. Both the large and small support holders are nice without cracks, chips or breaks. Very clean system. The cart is rolling smoothly.
