Featuring a 20" Cantonese wok chamber with a cast iron ring, the range's insulated chamber design combines with a 32 tip 116,000 BTU jet burner to provide you with an intense, precise heat. This power and precision are just what you need to quickly make delicious dishes at Asian restaurants and a variety of other establishments!

Operating the range couldn't be any easier thanks to the burner's "L handle" control valve which makes it simple to power the unit on and off with your knee. The 17" Autoflow swing faucet is activated by swinging it out toward the operator and deactivated by pushing it parallel to the backsplash, providing a quick way to fill woks for boiling or rinsing between batches. A full length cooling line prevents the deck from overheating to maintain the unit's longevity, while a 5" integral sinkdrains away excess water and prevents chunks of food from clogging the drain line.

This wok range is built to stand tough against constant use in your high-volume restaurant. It features a 12 gauge stainless steel deck, chassis, front panel, backsplash, side splashes, and legs. And to make end-of-day cleaning a breeze, it even includes a galvanized drip tray to catch any overflow. A natural gas connection is required for operation.

Condition & Testing

This is a very nice Single Wok Range that we removed from the restaurant ourselves. In excellent cosmetic and tested working condition that has been detail cleaned and is ready to use as soon as you receive it! 32 tip jet burner (116,000 BTU) with all the tips included. The regulator (R600S) included will work with natural gas or propane. The 20" Cantonese Chamber that is insulated and has the cast iron ring. The burners "L" handle is present and working. The 17" water faucet is good with no leaks. Solid stainless steel construction with 3 sided backsplash is good with no damage at all. Adjustable legs are working. The pan has a few small dings but still very nice and sturdy. The pan has been detailcleaned.Guaranteed not to be DOA.
